the use of offensive nicknames;

links to) pornography, pirated software and/or computer games or
other counterfeit goods;

Posting of content which breaks the law, condones or
encourages unlawful activity.
We reserve the right to remove from the Website, without notice and
at our sole discretion, any content that we consider inappropriate
for the Website. We may also ban, block or delete any user accounts
if, according to our sole judgment, their owners or users have
infringed the Agreement, any relevant House Rules or are using our
service in a manner that we consider inappropriate.

نرجو ان تقرأ هذه الشروط قبل ان تقرر الانضمام

* تعطى
الأولوية
للمقالات المكتوبة لعرب تايمز بشكل خاص
* عرب تايمز ولأسباب خاصة تتعلق بإمكانات الجريدة لا
تدفع مقابلا ماديا لأية مقالات ترسل إليها
* لا مانع من إرسال مقالات أرسلت للنشر في مواقع أخرى لكن قرار نشرها من
عدمه يترك لتقدير ادارة التحرير
* تعطى الأولوية للمقالات الموقعة باسم كاتبها الصريح
* نرجو الابتعاد عن استخدام عبارات يفهم منها تهديد
الآخرين او التحريض على استعمال العنف بحقهم
* سيتم إهمال المقالات التي تصل الينا في صيغة فنية يصعب التعامل معها
الكترونيا او تتطلب وقتا طويلا لانجازها .
* تعطى الأولوية للمقالات التي تصل الينا عبر البريد الالكتروني .... اما
الفاكسات والمقالات التي ترسل بالبريد العادي او المكتوبة بخط اليد فقد تهمل او
قد يؤجل نشرها لفترة طويلة ريثما تتم عملية صفها
* قد يتم نشر المقال في الشريط
الإخباري المتحرك قبل نشره في الصفحة الاولى
وذلك اذا تضمن المقال قيمة اخبارية او ارتبط بخبر راهن ومهم
* لا نقبل نشر ردود على مقالات لم تنشر في عرب تايمز الا في
أضيق الحالات وهذا
الأمر تقرره إدارة التحرير
* لا نقبل الملفات المرفقة الا في اضيق الحدود ولا نقبلها الا اذا جاءت من مصدر
موثوق
* بامكانك الاشارة الى عنوان موقعك على الانترنيت في خانة التعريف بالكاتب وليس
في جسد المقال او في ذيله ولا يسمح بنشر روابط في جسد المقال الا بقدر محدود
شريطة ان لا يتم هذا على سبيل الدعاية لهذه الروابط او المواقع
* عرب تايمز مؤسسة
أمريكية وبالتالي تخضع للقانون
الأمريكي .... لذا نرجو
الالتزام ببعض القواعد المعمول بها مهنيا وقانونيا ومنها المحافظة على
الملكية الفكرية و حقوق
النشر الخاصة

نصيحة فنية :
اذا اردت ان يظهر مقالك في صورة فنية جميلة
وان ينشر فورا دون الحاجة الى المرور على المشرف الفني ... نرجو اتباع الخطوات
التالية
1- اكتب المقال اولا باستخدام برنامج وورد
( ميكروسوفت وورد ) ونسقه من حيث الفقرات والحروف شريطة ان لا يزيد حجم الحرف
عن بنط 14
2-- ادخل الى صفحتك في البورتل من خلال متصفح وندوز اكسبلورر فقط
3-- انسخ المقال من الوورد وضعه في صفحتك ( كت اند بيست )
4- ضع عنوان مقالك في الخانة المخصصة له ولا تكرره في جسد المقال حتى لا يظهر
عنوان المقال مرتين بعد النشر
5- عنوان المقال لا يزيد عن 12 كلمة
6- ضع اسمك في الخانة الخاصة بالاسم وليس في جسد المقال او في خانة العنوان او
في ذيل المقال ( لان هذا يؤخر نشر مقالك ريثما يقوم المحرر بحذف هذه الاضافات )
7- استخدم الالوان بحدود معقولة ... الاكثار من استخدام الالوان يؤخر نشر
المقال
8- لا تسرف في استخدام الاقواس وعلامات الترقيم والرموز ... بعض هذه الرموز
يكون لها معاني مختلفة في لغة الكومبيوتر قد تؤدي الى حذف فقرات من مقالك بشكل
تلقائي

تعمل في مؤسسة عربية نفطية او يملكها نفطي اقرأ هذا الاعلان
